We are seeking a skilled and reliable Vehicle Tracking Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and troubleshooting vehicle tracking and alarm systems. If you have a knack for diagnostics, a strong technical background, and take pride in precision and problem-solving, we want you on board.
Vehicle Tracking Technician Responsibilities:
Install and service electronic alarm and vehicle tracking systems according to company standards and client requirements.
Conduct investigations into customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Accurately document all service and installation activities by completing required forms, checklists, and reports.
Perform thorough performance tests after each installation to ensure system functionality and compliance.
Safely remove and decommission tracking or alarm systems from vehicles when required.
